Volunteers on Tram

Volunteering at Sonnenberg Gardens provides the opportunity to experience the State Historic Park’s Mansion and 50-acre estate in a new way. Whether your interests lie in leading tours, working at a special event, assisting with maintaining the gardens and buildings, or working in the Finger Lakes Wine center tasting room, Sonnenberg Gardens has volunteer opportunities available to fulfill a variety of passions.

Wondering if volunteering is for you?

Volunteering allows you to give back to your
community and support an interest of your own. But more than that, volunteering is a great way to meet people and make new friends. Volunteering is also a great way to learn new skills, build experience for a resume, and get High School or College credit through internships and or service projects to fulfill a curriculum requirement.

Interested in coming aboard?

We always welcome newcomers! Please contact our Volunteer Coordinator at (585) 394-4922 or by email volunteers@sonnenberg.org for more information on how you can serve at Sonnenberg!
