Our 24th annual Arts At The Gardens is founded on the belief that the arts, both natural and manmade, enrich human life and create an environment where people and ideas thrive.  Sonnenberg Gardens creates an annual exhibition dedicated to raising awareness of the arts in this naturalistic environment at the Thompson Estate.

Your presence at Arts At The Gardens is critical to our success as Sonnenberg’s largest fundraiser for our non-profit in 2025.  As always, ​we will be working hard to ensure the entire experience at Arts At The Gardens mirrors the professional standards of your artwork.

 Become a 2025 Juried Exhibiting Artist

Application Deadline – May 15, 2025
Only Artists in the Fine Arts categories will be eligible to have their work juried.  The Juried Artists’ booths will be around Sonnenberg Mansion as well as in the surrounding gardens.
What is Provided:
    • Application Fee WAIVED in 2025
    • Booth space approximately 12′ x 12′ (Exhibitors are expected to bring their own display units, materials, tables, chairs, tents, panels, covers, etc.)
To Qualify:
    • Acceptance or rejection will be sent via email within 2 weeks of receiving the application
    • Must have a valid NYS Sales Tax Certificate

Become a 2025 Non-Juried Artist

Application Deadline – May 15, 2025
New in 2025 – Sonnenberg is showcasing a dedicated area for Non-Juried Artists to show arts and goods that are not classified as fine art.  This is for Artists who may not necessarily fit or wish to be juried which includes consumables, such as gourmet foods or beverages, soaps, candles, and original artwork.

What is Provided:
    • No Application Fee
    • Booth space approximately 12′ x 12′ (Exhibitors are expected to bring their own display units, materials, tables, chairs, tents, panels, covers, etc.)
To Qualify:
    • Acceptance or rejection will be sent via email within 2 weeks of receiving the application
    • Must have a valid NYS Sales Tax Certificate
    • Must have a valid New York State Health Department license to sell food or beverages

Become a 2025 Emerging Artist

Application Deadline – May 15, 2025
The Emerging Artist Tent is intended to provide an opportunity for Artists who are new to displaying their work professionally at art fairs.
What is Provided:
    • No Application Fee
    • A dedicated area under a large tent.  Each artist will have a space of approximately 8′ x 8′ with one 6′ table and two chairs
To Qualify:
    • 2025 must be your first year showing work at art fairs
    • Must be 18 years or older
    • Acceptance or rejection will be sent via email within 2 weeks of receiving the application
    • Must have a valid NYS Sales Tax Certificate
