Online Artist Application

*Below are the payment amounts for Arts At The Gardens. Please click all that apply to your submission. You will only pay the application fee at this time (waived until 4/1/24).
* The application fee will be waived for all artists that send in their application before 4/1/24.
* All applications submitted after 4/1/24 will pay the application fee of $35.00 when submitting this application. Once you have clicked the "Submit Artist Application", you will be directed to your cart to continue with the payment process.
* Please note that while applications are due by 6/15/24, this year we will be responding to applicants on a rolling basis within two weeks of receiving your application. You will be asked to pay your booth and electricity (optional) fees once you have received an acceptance letter.

As an exhibitor, I agree to the conditions and requirements of Arts At The Gardens. The undersigned will indemnify Sonnenberg Gardens & Mansion and save them from any and all liability arising out of the action taken by the undersigned or any third party in conjunction with the use or occupancy of the space assigned to the exhibitor, whether such liability is the result of the negligence, active or passively of the undersigned, its officers, agents and employees and from all cost and expense including attorneys fees, incurred in litigation or the handling of such claims.

Nothing contained in this agreement or any prior or subsequent negotiations shall entitle the exhibitor to any specific space and Sonnenberg Gardens & Mansion retains the right to position the exhibit space with regard to the overall exhibit plan, and to make any necessary changes therein.

I have read the show rules and artwork requirements and I agree to abide by them. I further agree that Sonnenberg Gardens & Mansion may copy, distribute and use reproductions of my images in any media for publicity.

I agree that Sonnenberg Gardens & Mansion will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of property.
